Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Stepan moved to Portland in 2010. He loves building and constantly improving the company. Outside of work, Stepan is an avid runner, skier, and basketball player. He also enjoys camping, watching soccer, and traveling. Most importantly, he treasures spending quality time with his wife and two kids.
Ondrej Podlesak
Chief Operating Officer
Born in a mountain town in the Czech Republic, Ondrej now calls Portland, Oregon home. He’s passionate about optimizing processes at work and tackling projects around his house and yard. When he’s not working, you’ll find him outdoors, camping and hiking with his wife and their two dogs, always seeking new adventures
Karolis Karalevicius
Business Development Manager
Born in Lithuania, Karolis arrived in the U.S. as a teenager and became enamored by American dynamism and incredible diversity of cultures, and landscapes. Having spent a decade in each Chicago and San Francisco, he now calls Portland home. Karolis strengthens LongStreet Property Management with his customer-centric partnerships passion and 15 years of business development experience. Off-duty, he’s mountain biking, swimming PNW lakes, or playing in the mountains with his wife and two daughters.
Tara Thiel

Tara, born in Lebanon, Oregon, and now living in Corvallis, enjoys connecting with others through meaningful work and positive interactions. She thrives on collaboration and leads her team by example. When she’s not working, Tara can be found enjoying outdoor activities like camping and paddleboarding, or simply spending quality time with family and friends.
Clint Sansom

Clint was born in California and has lived in Texas and South Carolina before ultimately making Oregon his home. He thrives as part of a high-performing team and enjoys tackling complex challenges, which is what makes him passionate about his job Outside of work, Clint loves hiking challenging trails, exploring new destinations on short getaways, and reconnecting with old friends in familiar places.
Cody Carrier
Corvallis Property Manager
Born in Portland, Oregon, and now residing in Corvallis, Cody Carrier is a dedicated Property Manager who thrives on meeting new people and tackling challenges through creative problem-solving. His approach ensures clients and residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Outside of work, Cody enjoys immersing himself in the outdoors through hunting and fishing, relaxing with music, and cherishing time spent with his family.
Erica Wheelon
Portland Property Manager
A Portland native now living in Lake Oswego, Erica finds joy in contributing to meaningful endeavors and loves staying connected to nature. She spends her free time camping, fishing, hiking, and exploring the Oregon coast with family and friends. These moments bring her peace and balance, fueling her passion for life.
Shanna Boyes
Corvallis Property Manager
Born and raised in Salem, Oregon, Shanna continues to call this vibrant city home. She enjoys the challenge of problem-solving and is always looking for innovative ways to enhance service and boost efficiency. Outside of work, Shanna loves exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest—whether it’s visiting lakes, rivers, waterfalls, or relaxing in local hot springs.
Liz Helder
Portland Property Manager
Liz was born in Lakewood, California, but considers Kalispell, Montana her home base, as that’s where she spent most of her younger years. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon. Liz loves that her work is always dynamic—no two days are the same—and she enjoys building lasting relationships while continuously growing, learning, and improving. In her free time, she enjoys crafting (especially costume design and creation), putting together charcuterie and snacking boards, and spending quality time with her husband, two dogs, and three cats.

Originally born in Richmond, Virginia and raised in Juneau, Alaska, Jade relocated to Corvallis to pursue a career in property management. Drawn to the fast-paced nature of the industry, she enjoys the constant engagement and the variety each day brings. Jade thrives on the challenge of finding effective solutions while supporting both residents and property owners. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local hiking trails and spending time at the bookstore.

Born and raised in Atlixco, Puebla, Dalia has a deep connection to her hometown, where she still resides. She finds joy in helping others, ensuring that people around her always receive excellent service. Family is a big part of her life, and she makes it a priority to attend weekly reunions, cherishing time spent with loved ones.

Originally from Quezon City, Luzon, Paulo now calls Bacolod City home. He thrives in environments where he can stay productive and assist others. In his downtime, Paulo is a big fan of anime, TV shows, and movies. He also loves playing basketball and exploring local coffee shops, always on the lookout for a great brew.

Ivan was born in Mexico and currently lives in Morelos. He’s an extroverted person who treasures time spent with loved ones, whether watching TV or going out for a great meal with friends. He is a social person at heart and loves connecting with others through conversation, food, and shared experiences.

Mauricio, born and raised in Caborca, Sonora, has lived in his town for 28 years. He values teamwork and enjoys connecting with others in his work and personal life. Originally from Massachusetts, Bob has made Portland, Oregon his home. Music and horseracing are two of his big passions—he enjoys playing the guitar and going to concerts as much as he enjoys following the excitement of horseracing. In his downtime, he loves playing golf, spending time with his wife and dog, and always learning something new.

Brandon, a West Linn native, brings deep community roots and genuine gratitude to his role as a maintenance technician, swiftly resolving tenant issues—from leaky faucets to faulty heaters—to restore comfort and peace of mind. Off duty, he enjoys family time, building minibikes, crafting custom woodworking pieces, and refining rocks and minerals through lapidary work.

Daniel was born and raised in Papantla, Veracruz, where he still lives today. He enjoys working with data management and values the supportive, positive environment of his team.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys hitting the gym, reading horror novels, and playing the guitar, along with exploring other hobbies that keep life interesting.

Fernanda was born and raised in Hidalgo, Mexico, where she still lives today. She loves helping people find a company they can truly trust to take care of their property — so they can relax knowing everything’s in good hands. What she appreciates most about her work is being part of a team that lives by its values and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for others.
When she’s not working, you’ll probably find Fernanda reading a good book, getting in a workout, or spending time with her pets.

Billy was born at OHSU in Oregon and has spent nearly his entire life in the Willamette Valley, aside from his time serving in the military. He enjoys being able to help people and finds real fulfillment in turning someone’s bad day around by fixing what they’re struggling with. In his free time, Billy loves working with his hands — whether he’s working on his motorcycle, building models, or tackling new projects.

AT was born in Kansas and now based in Oregon, Ayrton is passionate about his work and the opportunity it gives him to help others. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the diverse landscapes and experiences Oregon has to offer.
Garrett Hill

Garrett was born in Springfield, Ohio and now lives in Portland, Oregon. He thrives on the challenge of getting things done and especially enjoys conducting detailed property inspections, finding the work both rewarding and fast-paced. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his two children and values every moment with his family. A passionate sports fan, Garrett also coaches soccer and mentors young people, with giving back to the community being an important part of his life.

Sebastian was born in the Gresham area and currently lives in Estacada, Oregon. He enjoys seeing how all the details come together and the meaningful difference that work can make when done right. Outside of work, Sebastian takes full advantage of the seasons—riding his motorcycle during the summer months and hitting the slopes to snowboard in the winter.

Mia was born and raised in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines, and now resides in Baguio City. She enjoys her role because it allows her to continuously learn new things while working with a variety of people, and she finds it especially rewarding to be able to help others. Outside of work, Mia loves spending time with her family, eating out together, playing online games, and collecting fidget toys.
Sweeney Eusebio
Tenant Relations Specialist
Sweeney was born in Las Piñas City and has lived in Cavite since childhood. She genuinely enjoys helping people and resolving issues, and customer service is where she truly shines. Known for her patience and problem-solving skills, she takes pride in making sure others feel supported and heard.
Outside of work, Sweeney loves unwinding with murder mystery shows and medical dramas. She also enjoys gardening, diamond painting, and listening to music—she’s a big music lover and almost always has something playing in the background.

Emy was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where she currently resides. She brings a genuine passion for operational excellence and long-term asset stewardship to her role, and takes pride in helping systems, processes, and portfolios perform at their best over time.
In her free time, Emy enjoys learning new things and is currently enrolled in school working toward her second degree. Her curiosity, discipline, and commitment to growth carry through both her professional and personal life.
