Move-in Checklist

Congratulations on moving into one of our homes! We're excited to help you get settled. Get started on the right foot by carefully examining the move-in information below.

First Month's Rent & Security Deposit

Both your first month's rent and your security deposit are due at the lease signing. Confirm the amounts and payment methods with our team in advance.

Move-in Date & Inspection

Your official move-in date and all relevant inspection details will be provided at the lease signing.

Utilities

We require our tenants to place utilities in their name upon move-in. Make sure to keep your account current throughout the duration of your tenancy.

Move-out Checklist

We are always sad to see good tenants move on, but we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Make your move a success by keeping the following details in mind.

Notice of Intent to Vacate

We ask all tenants to please give us 30 days notice of intent to vacate the home. Please note, you need to respect the terms of your lease in regards to your departure. Breaking your lease without respecting these terms will result in fees and potential legal action.

Property Condition

You'll need to bring your property back to rent-ready condition before you return the keys to us. Download the cleaning checklist below to get started.

Security Deposit

Your security deposit is intended to cover any damage that occurred during your stay in one of our homes. After you move out, we will conduct a final inspection to identify any damage and make repairs as necessary. Deductions for such repairs will come from your deposit.

Please remember, you cannot use your deposit to cover your last month's rent. Failure to pay your final rent payment will result in late fees and/or legal action.
