LongStreet Property Management is looking for a strong salesperson with a real estate background to join our growing team. You'll spend your days meeting with and prospecting owners of rental properties across Corvallis, Salem, and Albany — helping them understand the value of working with a professional property management company. Top performers earn $60,000–$100,000+ annually (base + commission).
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively
- Execute outbound strategy and continuously develop new relationships with key partners
- Meet with and educate qualified prospects on our residential management services
- Qualify and convert prospects into clients
- Complete necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new properties
- Manage a robust pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to create new property management opportunities
- Target: sign 12+ doors per month consistently
What We're Looking For
- Responsive, clear communicator — on phone, email, and in person
- Great listener with consistent, self-directed performance
- Fast learner with familiarity in CRM systems and Google Suite
- Real estate license preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
