New Client Onboarding

Step 1

Initial Call

We will talk about your property, your goals for it, our philosophy and will determine if we are mutually a good fit.

Step 2

Meeting at Property and Collecting Information

We will meet at your property to collect all the necessary information about it and about you as the owner.

Step 3

Agreement Agreement Review and Signing

We will go through our agreement together to make sure all your questions are answered, everything makes sense and you feel good moving forward.

Step 4

Renting Your Property

We will take the property off your hands, get it ready to rent, advertise it, find qualified tenants and send you your first disbursement & owner statement.

Step 5

First owner statement review

We will go through your first owner statement and answer any questions. We will introduce your Property Manager to you as you new point of contact.

Customer Service & Problem Solving

Our job is to take care of your property and to be great communicators. We will solve problems and always respond to you within 8 business hours.

Tenant Management & Accurate Record Keeping

We will serve as a buffer between you and the tenants, and keep accurate financial and non-financial records about your property.

Efficient Quality Maintenance

We will efficiently take care of all emergency, routine and preventative maintenance issues.

Transparent Regular Reporting

You will have 24/7 access to your portal that will give you real-time financial insights. You will be receiving monthly owner packets including your statement, year-to-date cash flow statement, all bills, work orders and receipts.

Proactive Vacancy Elimination

Vacancy is expensive. The goal of our signature process is to have a new tenant signed up even before the current one moves out.

Deep Dive Market Rent Analysis

We believe rent is determined by the market. We analyze your property, the tenancy and the market every year and create renewal options that protect your best interests.

Laser Focused Marketing & Leasing

We advertise at all the important places, use the latest showing technology, analyze all vacant properties on a weekly basis, proactively change our approach as needed, and regularly update you on progress.
