Onboarding

We will take the property off your hands, get it ready to rent and find qualified tenants.

Step 5

First owner statement review

We will go through your first owner statement so it all makes sense to you. We will introduce your Property Manager to you.

You will have 24/7 access to your portal that will give you real-time insights and we will send you a monthly statement including all the bills, work orders and receipts.

Vacancy is expensive. The goal of our signature process is to have a new tenant signed up even before the current one moves out.

Deep Dive

We analyze your property, the tenancy and the market every year and create renewal options that protect your best interests.

We analyze all our vacant properties on a weekly basis, proactively change our approach, and update you on progress.
